The staff were friendly and provided thoughtful touches, such as flashlights during a power outage. However, the bathroom was quite small, leading to some cramped moments, and the nearby walking trails, while alluring, could be better marked.

great location but noisy air conditioning
The location of the hotel was ideal. It was a short walk to shops, and having a natural spring drinking fountain nearby was refreshing. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive to our needs during our stay.
The air conditioning unit in our room was quite loud, which made it difficult to sleep.

I really enjoyed my stay in the deluxe room, especially the charming kitchenette and cozy patio where I relaxed. There’s a lovely pool for a cool dip and a sweet little area for evening gatherings by the firepit. The bathroom could use a bit more space, but overall it was a pleasant experience. 😊

happy hollow was a fantastic choice for our family! the deluxe room was spacious and clean, with a nice little balcony. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the mineral pools and downtown activities. we especially appreciated the cleanliness and ample parking. we would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Perfect spot for a weekend!
The location is awesome, just a short walk from the trails and downtown. The room was spacious with two extra chairs and a high top table, very cozy! Outdoor dining area was a nice touch. Only thing is the bathroom tile gets slippery. the safety bars helped, but a vent would be good too.
